Orders ship within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times may vary based on your location.

2. Returns & Refunds

All online purchases from Strap Mob are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items purchased at Strap Mob pop-up shops or events may be eligible for a size exchange only, provided the product is unworn, unused, and unaltered.

Any exchange must be completed during the same event where the item was originally purchased.

Strap Mob does not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

3. SMS Marketing

By opting into SMS marketing from Strap Mob, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages including promotional offers, product drops, and order updates sent to the phone number you provided at opt-in.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from Strap Mob.
