A: All online purchases from Strap Mob are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for online orders due to limited inventory and exclusive drops. Please review our sizing information before placing your order.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@strapmob.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Q: Do you allow exchanges at events or pop-ups?
A: Items purchased at Strap Mob pop-ups or events may be eligible for size exchanges only if the product is unworn, unused, and unaltered, and the exchange is completed during the same event where the item was purchased.
